Do I need to choose a date when I buy?+

No. You can buy the voucher first. The recipient then follows the instructions on their voucher to arrange a suitable date.

How will I receive the voucher?+

For an e-voucher, a download link is emailed after payment, usually within a few minutes. You can then save or print it. Postal vouchers are also available at checkout; check the delivery charge and timing there.

Can I add a personal message?+

Yes — add the recipient’s name and a short message to an e-voucher. The current postal vouchers do not include your custom message. For multiple personalised gifts, add each voucher separately.

How long is the voucher valid?+

Vouchers are valid for 12 months. For extension options, contact the team before your voucher expires.

How does the recipient book their experience?+

Follow the redemption instructions supplied with the voucher and have the voucher ID ready. You can also start from the Redeem Voucher page.

Are there age limits or extra requirements?+

Requirements vary by activity. See each experience’s details before buying. Karting is for ages 15+ with a minimum 29-inch inside leg; a balaclava is required, and a £250 group damage deposit is taken on the day. Contact the team if you are unsure about suitability.

Where can I check cancellation and refund terms?+

Please read the FAQ and refund information and the booking terms for your chosen activity, or contact the team before purchasing.

Go on. Make their day.
